Howdy - I saw Chris twice over the weekend. He has returned home finally - obviously he is very relieved to get out of the hospital/rehab environment. On Friday he was looking tired but by Sunday he seemed a bit more engaged and as if some of the fog from the seizures was lifting. We watched the Leonard Cohen Isle of Wight DVD & then a Beatle DVD - Chris enjoyed them both but had to take a nap before the Beatle one finished. Thanks to Graham Reid for dropping off said discs.

'Stroke' will be back in shops tomorrow I am told (when the ink will be dry!).

I can best explain the video by calling it Caveman Rock.

Hes pioneering genres even in his darkest day!

I just watched someones shoddy vid of Chris onstage after the stroke,
Its actually quite wonderful! He sounds primal and alive and still very in tune with the music. Its almost as if he is channeling something within himself to keep doing this.

Happy to hear he's home (I thought it had been much earlier- 5 months in a hospital, gah!). Thanks for you friendship and care for Chris, and for keeping us informed.

Just looked at some of the Knox Box. What a resource. It wasn't long ago there was nearly nada available- now, such a treasure chest.

Thanks and thanks!

Well that's Grand news - and from one (ever-so-slightly) old(er) bugger to another, "When's the next Gig?". Nah, just kidding; I'm fully aware of just how important a nice cup of tea and a Lie-Down is at our stage in life... Old-Boy!
