Hoppy Dew Tear
Monday, 10 January 2011 11:57

Hi All - And a harpy few deer! Chris has been in pretty good health lately though his mum died a week ago - he went down to Invercargill for the funeral and, I am told, 'spoke' at the service. He's in good spirits generally & enjoying the odd whiskey & still watching lots of movies.

All the best.

Good to hear Chris has been doing well and without incident, sorry to hear about his mum though. Condolences to him and his family.
I have noticed a proposed Toy Love tribute CD in the works which has a facebook group 'Songs of Toy Love Revisited', any news on this? And do you know if any proceeds will go to Chris at all as was the case with the wonderful Stroke album?

A quick note to say that I can't put words to how good your music is sounding (just started listening a year or so back). The last song on the second disc of the Stroke album is just as beautiful as the oldies. My lady friend and I listened to Fork Songs twice today. Can't get enough of the goodness and love. Thanks for all of the goodness and love. We send some your way today.

What a sad time - and Chris you are so brave to speak for your mum. Deepest sympathies to the family for your loss of mum and grandma. Arohanui.
